Additional Enrollment Information
Use the last four digits of your Social Security number to enroll. There is no enrollment code needed.
VSP Vision Savings Pass is available at no cost to CareCredit cardholders. However, you'll need to select the billing frequency to complete the enrollment. Please select "Monthly." Don't worry - your confirmation page will show that you're receiving VSP Vision Savings Pass at no cost and you will not be billed.
Once you receive your enrollment confirmation, your VSP Vision Savings Pass is available for use at any VSP doctor's office. No ID card is required.
