Need to update CareCredit Direct?
In order to upgrade CareCredit Direct on your patient or client-facing device, simply follow the 4 steps below. With this update you’ll be able to customize the promotional financing options you offer, set the minimum transaction amount and let your clients pay from the device.
Enter your MID, ZIP and a valid CareCredit Pro User Name
(any previously entered MID and ZIP will be pre-populated)
Create a name for your device and select the device type
(desktop, laptop or tablet)
Select the promotional financing options you'd like to offer and the minimum transaction amount
(settings made here will be displayed in both the CareCredit Direct Payment Calculator and new Pay Now feature, and will affect all devices registered to the same MID)
CareCredit Direct will recognize if you’re a Headquarters Merchant with multiple locations. This will allow you to control CareCredit Direct settings for devices at each of your locations. Download this guide to learn more about this feature.
