Usage

It’s important that we talk with consistency about what CareCredit offers and how we help people. Each page should have a 200-word count minimum that supports the content of the page in order to improve our SEO ranking. Copy needs to be relevant to the subject of the page, with keywords used to support the topic.

Mind Your Manners

We’re professional, but we’re not cold. We may get to the point quickly, but we always say "please".

We wouldn't say: Read our credit card agreement. Instead, we'd say: Please read our credit card agreement.

We focus on the customer.

We wouldn't say: Our health, beauty and wellness credit card covers deductibles and treatments. Instead, we'd say: You can use your health, beauty and wellness credit card to cover your deductibles or pay for your treatments.

We centre around family.

Whenever possible we encourage our customers to use CareCredit for their family member’s expenses as well. In addition to kids, remind them that pets are family too!
