General Use
The General Use Icons are used in various ways throughout the design to give context to the user either by enhancing awareness and recognition of content or by reinforcing a specific action. They should have a single solid fill color and be drawn within a 16x16 square. Note: Icon color is dependent upon how the icon is placed within the design. Please reference design pages for correct colors.

Iconography - Content Types
The Content Types Icons are used alongside linked content to indicate the format or intent of each.
Instructions for use
Our recommendation is to utilize small icons in the bottom left of each tile that directly leads to content to indicate the format of the content that follows.
Tags/text can be added to the right of the icon for further explanation. For audio and video (and possibly e-learning) tiles, adding the duration would help. For text-based tiles, tags could be Job Aid, Quick Guide, Tip Sheet, Infographic, White Paper, etc.
For tiles that are simply navigational links to another page with additional tile selections, no icons should be used in bottom left (e.g., Financial Tool).
For all tiles, the title and sub-copy should be the primary means of indicating what the content is. For content tiles, the icon provides format information, and any tags further refine the type of content.
