Tammy's dog Gigi is a 15-year old rescue and adorable three-legged sweetheart who is Tammy's pampered little princess. So, when Gigi fell ill over a weekend and the regular veterinarians in Tammy's area were closed, she rushed her pup to an emergency veterinary hospital for care.

Unfortunately, it turned out that Gigi had a massive infection and required surgery immediately. After scraping together the money to pay for her treatment, Tammy was devastated to learn that Gigi had complications during surgery that would require additional care with a different non-emergency veterinary facility.

Once at the new vet with Gigi, Tammy learned that her pup would need extensive and expensive care and hospitalization, including a blood transfusion. That's when one of the veterinary technicians told Tammy about the CareCredit credit card. Thankfully, she was quickly approved and was able to start using the card that same day.

Tammy felt immediate relief because the CareCredit credit card allowed her to pay for Gigi's additional care over time with promotional financing. And now her spunky tripod dog is feeling healthy and happy again.
